This top quality top floor appartment is beautifully furnished. It consists of two twin bedrooms, one with full bathroom en suite and a further twin with separate shower room with wash basin and WC, kitchen which is fully equipped, including washing machine and fridge freezer. The lounge, with video, opens onto a south facing terrace which is fitted with a BBQ and furniture, plus the magnificent view!

The golf course is a challenging 9 hole par 72 layout. Our guests can pre book tee times up to 2 weeks in advancee and they benefit from a 10% discount.

All this, plus a large pool for the exclusive use of the appartments guests. The golf club has a bar and restaurant with terraces overlooking the first tee, practice putting & chipping greens.

For those who enjoy out of season holidays our appartment has the benefit of full central heating.

Menorca is the smallest of the Balearic islands and is the least developed, with the emphasis on villas and appartments rather than high rise hotel, and there are numerous beaches some quite unspoilt.

The attractions offered are more sedate on this tranquil "blue & white " island. For those who enjoy out of season holidays Menorca in the Spring & Autumn offers pleasant temperatures. The island is a stop over for migrating birds and walking is very enjoyable at this time. The golf course also offers uncrowded greens and fairways.
