Changes to SystemDevices since RISC OS 2.00 (SystemDevices 1.13)

OS_File 6 (delete a file) now returns object type 0 (no object found) on all filing systems provided by this module, ie null:, vdu:, rawvdu:, kbd: rawkbd:, printer:, serial:, rather than returning an error.

This means that eg '*Remove null:' now works without giving an error.
